Refunds & Exchanges
Refunds for Orders Damaged During Shipping
For items damaged during shipping we can issue a full refund. In this case, we
require that you notify us within 5 days of your having received the shipment.
Refunds for Orders NOT Damaged During Shipping
For return and refund of undamaged items we require a $20 handling and
restocking fee and that you ship the items at your expense to the point of origin (specified on
our Refunds and Exchanges form). You will need to complete and return our
Refunds and Exchanges form, located
here.
Exchanges
For exchange of undamaged goods we require a $10 handling and restocking fee.
Your replacement item(s) need not total more than your original order. We
require that you ship the items to the point of origin (specified on our
Refunds and Exchanges form). You will need to complete and return our Refunds
